What we charge
The first consulting session is free and usually runs about 60 minutes and often includes excellent herbal tea. This is our first date and where we’ll get to know about each other. By the end of it, you’ll have a sense of Pink’s style, what a working-together arrangement might look like and whether we’ve got chemistry. Following that, if there’s a specific project you need, we’ll prepare a free estimate – often with a menu of choices so you can decide what sounds good now (and what you might like to do down the road).
We ask for 50% to begin a project, and 50% when we’re toasting another job well done.
We’ve never turned down a good client because of budget. Where there’s a will and mutual respect, there’s always a creative way to get a job done.
Creative services ~$140
Our blended creative rate (graphic design & copywriting) is $140/hour. Pink Elephant is happy to provide project-based quotes if you’d prefer a flat rate (so you know exactly what a specific project will cost at the end).
What to say when someone asks what you do ~$40
This may be the best marketing deal going, and we’ll do it all virtually. By having you answer a few questions by e-mail, we’ll churn out an “elevator speech” that won’t sound like an elevator speech. You’ll be able to tell people what you do in a way that’s so clear and conversational you may just end up using it on your website and brochures too. Sound fascinating at dreaded networking events for only 40 bucks!
Green Tea Consulting ~$280
If you want to tackle your own marketing but could use some good advice to make sure you’re doing the right stuff, this package is for you. We’ll meet at your favourite coffee house (you need to get out of the office for this) and talk. At the end of this 90-minute session, you’ll have answers to your most pressing marketing questions. Here’s what some other clients have used their “green tea time” for:
• “How should I price my products and services?”
• “Here’s my marketing plan. What am I missing?”
• “How can I use social marketing to build business?”
• “Do you think I’m marketing to the right target?”
• “Could you give me feedback on my marketing materials and website?”
• “How can I get the media to write about my business?”
